Yes, of course, and this helps to keep the party personal. But you do need to have enough space for up to 15 children, and we recommend that you put away any precious breakable ornaments. Katie’s parties are full of dynamic gymnastic skills and eccentric movements so the more space the children have, the better! If you are at all worried, then a larger venue would be preferable. Performers may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 30th April 2008.
Six is a good minimum number, with 15 being the maximum. It depends on how many friends your child has. If you want the whole class and friends from lots of different places, please call us for a quote as we can organise for additional qualified BackFlip Performer party helpers to be there as well. Although it is a fun party we take our responsibilities seriously and ensure that each child gets enough personal attention to learn the gymnastic moves.
No. We bring the music and the play equipment, so all we need is a plug point. You provide the BackFlip Birthday host, the space and the guests.
Drinks of water can be a good idea, and a camera so you will have some pictures to show to friends and relatives afterwards.
It takes 15-20 minutes to set up and we would really appreciate if we can unload as close to the venue as possible.
The children can wear anything they would like as long as they can move easily. Party dresses, Superman outfits etc are all fine. The children are likely to be going upside down, so girls might like to wear shorts under their dresses which they take off later. They can come in T shirt and shorts and change into party finery before tea. (No high heels, please!)
No we leave that to you. But we will bring a small present for the birthday girl or boy.
We do parties every day except Sunday, so the chances are we can make your date. Ring up and we can talk about the date you have in mind.
